embeddedMIND’s first customer was a high profile Silicon Valley startup. That was late in 2004. Since then the embeddedMIND client base has grown to include long-established mid-size and tier-1 companies across the globe. Our early customers’ products are now deployed in the field and are playing a key role in many of the larger US service provider networks.
All of our customers have entered into deep technical evaluations to understand how best to use the power of embeddedMIND in their applications. We welcome that process and work closely with customers during this phase to “white-board” the architecture of an embeddedMIND based solution.
The relationship of trusted partner and supplier continues past the technology selection process. All of our customers join our maintenance and support program where we continue to provide advice and support throughout their development cycle.
